In our long time teaching practice, there is one of the most frequently asked questions by parents:

Can I support my child’s Chinese get improved if I don’t speak Chinese?

Yes! Giving your child lots of praise and opportunities to practice Chinese are the keys. Your child will gain confidence and feel more motivated. Here are a few things that you can be supportive of your child learning Chinese.
– Show your enthusiastic about learning Chinese, little but often.
– Invite your child to teach you a word daily is a good setting.
– Gather all the done work by your child and set a reward model for your child in learning.
