課程以聽、說為主。 採用BM自編系列教材以及其他被廣泛使用的普通話教材進行各項聽說訓練，如語音練習、語言遊戲、趣味故事、看圖說話、主題討論等，逐步提高學生的口語表達能力及學生的語音準確性。 課堂力主創設良好語境，增加師生互動的機會。
